Stay with a boss who wants more for you, not more from you.
There’s a lot happening in the market right now, and this isn’t new news. It has been like this for months.
A conversation I have a lot with people when looking to move on is about the culture they want to be in.
James’ advice:
Find somewhere with a team and culture that you want to be a part of, and with a boss who wants to give you everything they can.
I’ll preach this all day long because it’s always been my golden rule, and it’s a big reason why I love my job.
Work is a big part of life but it’s not the only part 🤯
