The Low Down
At Uniting AgeWell, we believe that technology can transform the way we care for and support our aging community. As the Head of Applications, you’ll be responsible for the management of the Uniting Age Well application portfolio, support team, and overall business analysis, design, development, implementation, and integrations of the applications portfolio. Here’s a glimpse at what you’ll be doing:
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the CIO to develop application roadmaps.
- Manage vendor relationships.
- Integrate ITIL service and operations practices, tools, and metrics with a strong emphasis on customer and client feedback, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Provide leadership and mentoring the UA applications support team.
About You(all essential):
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an applications leads.
- Experienced in developing strategies and roadmaps to optimise the use of an organisational application portfolio.
- Experience in integrating enterprise systems and developing business requirements to achieve improvements in processes and business systems.
- Expireince with any ERPs, Microsoft applications & DevOps
- Prior experince leading application support teams.
- Experience establishing and managing key vendor partner relationships.
