Let’s talk diversity quotas.

It’s a hot topic right now, especially within SAP.

Many of our clients have requested female candidates – and I get it, we want balance and we want diversity within teams! Of course this is a beautiful thing.

But only 20% of the SAP market is female. 20%.

What’s more, certain areas of SAP have even less females.

It’s possible that creating a gender diversity quota is actually too late in the game.

If there aren’t enough females in a candidate pool in the first place, how can you possibly achieve 50/50?

Maybe it’s time to look at this from a different perspective and find more ways of attracting our amazing female candidates into the SAP market!
