We could compare Woolies aisles during the COVID-19 lockdown as an accurate metaphor for the current SAP talent pool lol
It is slim pickings in the SAP market right now so if you’re struggling to hire think:
🍞 Do I really need white bread or will wholemeal do the trick?
🥖 Yes, the artisan sourdough loaf is more expensive but it can really get the job done in a way no one else can
🥐 Maybe I should train internally to get croissants next time instead of going out to market and paying way more than I would like to
