Polain was born in Brussels, Belgium but made the move with his family to Australia in 2006 as a youngster. Polain has built out multiple desks across Data including; Engineering, Analytics and Science. More than anything he understands the value of long term business relationships and being versatile in a fluctuating market. Polain has a BA in sports & exercise management from UTS and applies his competitive background to his current role today.

Polain has helped 20+ businesses find their ideal candidates, and now focuses solely on the new frontier of Data Science/AI working with partners across a multitude of industries including: FMCG, retail, finance, renewable energy, utilities and product. He’s only ever recruited in Data and has a passion to see it evolve.
