Nick stumbled into the world of recruitment in his early twenties, initially drawn to the property and real estate sector. After twelve months of property recruitment Nick came across the exciting world of tech & digital recruitment.

He went on to working for a number of leading recruitment agencies in this space before deciding to launch his own agency at the age of 23. His agency purely focused on the digital & tech market partnering with a range of clients from tech start up’s digital agencies and tier 1 corporate clients. Building the agency to twelve staff at it’s peak and becoming a well known player in the industry.

15 years later the stars aligned and Nick was fortunate enough to meet the team at Precision Sourcing. After some soul searching Nick realised the opportunity to join Precision Sourcing as Principal Consultant working in the Cybersecurity space was to good to turn down. Nick is extremely excited to be given the opportunity to help Precision Sourcing clients secure the best possible Cybersecurity talent.
