Chay is originally from a small mining village in South Wales. During his University degree studying Spanish and French, Chay spent 12 months living in Valencia as an English Language Teacher. After finishing his Joint Honours degree, Chay became a recruiter in Cardiff, specialising in the SAP market across Europe and the United States.
Following this, Chay decided to follow his long-term dream of travelling the world, relocating to Queenstown, New Zealand, where he spent 18 months working in the medical industry.
During the pandemic, Chay caught up with an old friend, Richard Shaw, who was working in the SAP team at Precision Sourcing. After that conversation, Chay decided to make the move to Sydney and join the SAP team at Precision Sourcing.
Over five years later, Chay has established himself as a specialist SAP Recruitment Consultant supporting organisations across Australia, New Zealand and Singapore across both permanent and contract hiring.
Chay has recently been promoted to SAP Team Lead, where he combines his recruitment expertise with a focus on developing the next generation of SAP recruiters.
