Contractor Payment Process & Schedule
As a Precision Sourcing contractor, it is important to us that you feel comfortable understanding how you will be paid. See below a table of FAQ’s as well as a number of videos that will walk you through each stage of the payment process.

2026 Pay Schedule
- Paid two (2) weeks in arrears
- Timesheets to be approved by 5pm on Mondays
- Timesheets due dates underlined have been changed from Mondays to Tuesdays due to public holidays fallen on Mondays
- Pay Date section is an additional payrun before Precision Sourcing’s office shutdowns for Christmas break from 22/12/2025 until 04/01/2026 (TBC)
- When a contract is finished, a candidate will be paid for the final timesheet in the regular fortnightly pay run (check the 2025 PSA Contractors’ Payroll Schedule)
