Leisha Morrison travelled to Australia in 2013 and picked up casual jobs for the first year. One of these was working on a farm, mustering sheep on horseback and training polo ponies. After joining Precision with no recruitment experience, Leisha joined the Analytics team, and saw massive growth across the whole market. As a recruiter, Leisha’s success has come from the relationships she builds and the consultative approach to partnering with clients and candidates.
