Principal Business Analyst Recruiter
Jane (aka the Precision Princess), is a straight talking, no grey area type of girl.
Before discovering recruitment, she was working at a Telco as an account manager. She got into recruitment, as her better half wrote a home loan for a recruiter and told her his pay slip was insane. So she left her job and started working at Precision Sourcing.
She is proud to be one of the very few Aussies in the IT staffing industry, which gives her a slight advantage in liaising with clients.
The reason why Jane chose to work in the Business Analyst market is purely because she enjoys hearing about the passion for change her candidates have in their job. She finds motivation when she is surrounded by such positive people.
What makes you unique in your field?
Here’s what my clients say:
“Jane is able to look past keyword and prerequisites and shortlist candidates based on capability and character."
“She genuinely cares about her candidates and our business, which makes her a pleasure to deal with.”
“Jane understands what we need and expect when recruiting so I know she’ll always provide us with the best candidates.”
“I don’t have a lot of time to review large numbers of candidates when I’m recruiting so it’s always great to know that Jane only sends through the best candidates for the role I’m looking to fill.”
Why do talented people trust you as a recruiter?
Working in the BA space for the last eight years has given me a good insight and a good reputation in the market. I have clients that still reach out for help years after we first worked together.
What is your greatest achievement?
Purchasing two properties and being able to see the world in style. Winning the annual holiday incentive twice whilst at Precision.
What would your friends say about you?
Honest, genuine, loyal and straight to the point
Who would you invite to a dinner party?
Jerry Seinfeld, so we can talk about nothing, and Heston Blumenthal, to create a magical dining experience.
