About the role;

The Change Lead & Change Manager (Two Roles) Track and report against activities to ensure progress. Defining and managing the activities to ensure achievement of the projected business benefits after delivery. Outlines key business engagement messages that need to be communicated throughout the program.

The day to day responsibilities include;

  • Coordinate and own technical change management tasks
  • Accept, manage and update change submissions and communications
  • Maintain and update change registers and other documentation
  • Change analysis – stakeholder analysis; change impact and gap analysis
  • Planning for change – including communication and engagement action plans; change transition and business readiness plans; post-implementation review plans
  • Implementing change management strategy and actions, including stakeholder engagement
  • Developing and delivering a range of training material encompassing people, processes and technology
  • Contributing as a member of the business project team and collaborating with team members

The successful candidate will possess;

  • Current NV1 Security Clearance or higher or have recently lodged and expecting it within 2 weeks is essential
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience within Change environment
  • Prior experience in an IT service delivery environment (exposure to change management principles, processes and workflows)
  • Solid understanding of ITIL (certification will be highly regarded)
  • Experience as a Change Manager working within a challenging complex environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver high quality reporting and change documentation
