Cameron has spent the last one year developing his talent sourcing arsenal in software development, and has made it his personal mission to become a coder in his spare time so that he can add a more valuable and insightful service to his market.
When Cameron is not in the office he loves to stay active participating and many outdoor activities, including rock climbing, hiking and basketball.
Cameron describes himself as an ‘avid coffee enthusiast’, and can often be found in some super sleek cafe sipping on an almond mocha talking to development professionals.

I take my time getting to know as much about my market about possible, i strive to find the top talent and connect passionate professionals with innovative organisations.
I spend my free time using sites like ‘plural sight’ and ‘codecademy’ to learn all about how my market works and gaining insights that can give me an edge.

I always pride myself on honesty and integrity, ensuring I provide a professional approach, considering what people’s career goals are from the start.
What is your greatest achievement?
It is hard to specify my greatest achievement, because there has been so many great achievements in all aspects of my life. However, that being said I still have not accepted a request to join candy crush saga.
What would your friends say about you?
I think it would depend how much dirt i had on them! but in all honesty i would hope they say i’m a fun, enthusiastic, supportive person whom offers a helping for those who need it.
Who would you invite to a dinner?
I would invite David Attenborough, Genghis Khan and Donald Trump… safe to say the conversation would be interesting
