Psychosocial Safety – what CEOs need to know.
The responsibilities of CEOs and their leaders have been significantly expanded to include not just physical but multiple dimensions of wellness at work, otherwise known as psychological social safety. In light of continuous legislative updates, organisations need to not only comprehend their legal obligations but implement proper due diligence and preventative management.
This taster event will highlight what the changes are and how companies will be required to adapt and increase diligence to demonstrate duty of care. We will also share examples of practical programs to uncover psychological social safety issues and strengthen the people dynamics within your workforce.
Women in Data
Women in Data started from humble beginnings and a few loyal supporters who recognised that the diversity conversation was long overdue in the Data and Tech industry.
After an initial following of a dozen or so women in data, we then gained the attention of some great men in data who were keen to champion change and heading into our 3rd year, we are now nearly 2000 registered supporters strong.
SAP Knowledge Share Group
Precision Sourcing’s Simon Hair commented “the idea for the event came from a discussion with some clients and candidates late last year who complained about the lack of collaboration they get to have with others within the local SAP domain. The conversations got me thinking and we created the SAP Knowledge Share Group with the aim of building a community of like minded SAP talent who can share knowledge, challenges and advice in a comfortable environment. Ultimately the aim is to help each other, learn and build deeper relationships within the SAP field here in Sydney.”
Change Leadership Group
The Change Leadership Group is a collaboration of thought leaders within the Australian Project Services Domain. The purpose of the group is to share learnings, experiences and knowledge to ‘Help Talent Achieve’. This is the first event of the series which is exclusively invite only.
